Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 has a 1967 "Eleanor" Mustang recreation out of New Jersey. It originally came in for replacement of the doors due to rust and a new seats. Upon disassembly and inspection, some shody repair work was uncovered. The car has been totally gutted and the driveline removed in prep for a full restoration. The front inner structure was damaged and required replacement. The engine is going to be updated to a 331 c.i. stroker small block Ford with a Paxton super charger, Tremic 5 speed and front disc brakes. It is estimated to have approxamatly 515 horsepower according to the machine shop. The vehicle features all the correct "Eleanor" pieces including the correct wheels, road lamps and is well underway to completion. More photos coming.

Sure is pretty. It was a huge job (aren't they all) but very rewarding for us and the vehicle owner. The car drove like brand new. Like they say at Barret Jackson SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 Has a 1966 Dodge Dart fresh BARN FIND (been in a barn for almost 8 years). It has a 360 HP,purple cam,aftermarket intake.It runs real strong. It has a four speed transmission and updated rear end and suspension. It has four piston calipers up front and is original paint car.The battery has been relocated to the trunk. It has dealer installed A/C but is missing the compressor and brackets. We have the original owners manul with service records as well as the warrenty card. It needs finishing (brake and electrical work). There is some surface rust in the trunk and the left front fender apron, just needs a light blasting and refinishing. Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 the 1939 Chevy at left was in for engine,wiring and A/C. It's now back in the customers hands. The added power from the 1956 engine makes motoring the car down the road much more enjoyable especially with the addition of A/C. At right are some recent customers. Some are completed some are in process.

Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 a 1973 Duster in for complete body and paint. It's from Chino Valley. The vehicle has been disassembled, inventoried and blasted. The main body has been reworked. The owner is currently installing a built 440 engine and the dash. Once the engine and wiring are complete, EPG will finish the remaining body panels, do fit-up and refinish the car in Ralley Red with mat black upper stripe as offered from the factory.

The Mustang Poppy Red color has been flashed in around body panels. Rear fenders have been welded to the body and smoothed in. Next is headliner and window glass before final color coat. More pics coming as the project progresses.

Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 This custom trike was in for cooling problems. Modifications were made to the water pump to extend the filler height to allow removal of trapped air and a new bypass system. The carb was adjusted, timing set to correct performance. It is now awaiting a custom set of rear trailing arm bushings to correct some damaged ones. There is an incredible amount of work in this vehicle and make sure and look at it closely the next time you see it at a show.
 
 
Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 This Honda motorcycle was in for lighting upgrades. Addition of front driving lamps as well as LED rear lamps to make it more vi sable and safer. As you can see in the photo the joints were soldered and shrink wrapped for a long service life. The bike is out of Dewey
 
 
Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 This is a real nice big block 1967 Chevelle from Dewey. It's in for replacement of the complete trunk floor panel. Once the original panel was remove additional repair work/panel fabrication was required to the lower inner wheel house panels. These were hand formed by Empty Pockets. Once completed it was an invisible repair and looks factory. It will last a life time. Great care was taken to protect the vehicle from any grinding and welding damage.
 
 
Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 This 1969 GTO is out of Chino Valley. All the bodywork has been completed and jambs done in the final 1969 color. The panels are now being final fit and prepped for paint. The trunk lid had a hand formed panel across the entire back, done with a shot bag, planishing hammer and butt welded into place to repair the rust.

 
 
Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 This nice 1939 Chevrolet is getting an updated 235 cu. in engine built by Deans Automotive. The photos show the owner Paul helping remove the original engine at left. The replacement engine, modifications (front mount) were required for installing it into the original mounts, modified radiator shell for a Griffin radiator and A/C. The engine bay has been cleaned and detailed prior to the installation of the engine.

Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 The 1964 Mercury at left, has been inventoried and photographed for disassembly. EPG mounted it to the frame fixture to fabricate new engine and trans mounts. It is receiving a 460 big block Ford engine and C6 trans. By mounting it on the bench EPG can get all of the mounts and alignment points perfect before disassembly. Its a long term project for the shop.The 1939 Ford at right is powered by a Tuned Port small block with 2, yes 2 turbo 400 transmissions connected in series to provide 6 speeds and split shifting.
 
 
Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 This 1940 Ford Deluxe is out of Chino Valley. It's in for new gauges and a complete new wiring harness. The Ford is now completed to the point of disassembly and final paint. The owner is behind the wheel at right. EPG was unable to locate an original hood latch assembly so they fabricated one.
 
 
Empty Pockets Garage (928) 231-9726 The 1967 Chevy P/U is in from Prescott Valley. EPG did rust repair of the roof rails and a patch panel on the left rocker panel. Once that was completed it received a paint restoration to enhance the old faded paint. The photo at right is with the hood 1/2 done to show the difference on the finish.

EPG got the motor fired and broken in, repaired the transmission and completed the driveline.The body panels were fit and aligned for proper gaps and have been stripped for the metal work to begin. The Poncho is out of Chino Valley.

Empty Pocket Enterprises(928) 231-9726 has a nice 1966 Plymouth Fury in for rust repair of the right and left rear 1/4 panels It's owned by Doug Shell out of Prescott. EPE repaired the rust on the inner and outer fenders and got the panels ready for paint.
