Real Fine
'69... The owner is Tony Arcaro of Chino Valley. Tony found
a nice original car and brought it back to near new condition. With
the help of local merchants. Coincidentally the original mileage is
just over 69,000. The car is one of 146 built that year. The 390 engine
is the original S code assembled in Dearborn, Michigan and was rebuilt
and balanced by Doughboy Auto Repair in Prescott. They also did the
C-6 transmission and checked out the 9" with 3:00 gears. Empty
Pockets Garage did the paint and minor body work. They helped install
the replacement parts too. It has the "Rim Blow Horn" option,
GT Interior, front disc brakes, new rubber seals, polished stainless
trim and original wheels. It took about two years to gather parts and
complete the project. The color is Silver/Jade/white. Tony loves his
Mustang but of course it's for sale. Look for Tony's Mustang at local
shows this coming year. |
